How can you work collaboratively with Autodesk® Revit®?
HiveDrive enables collaboration through Autodesk® Revit® under three founding principles:
- Synchronization: provides useful information during shared work in worksharing mode, in particular it informs users about who was the last collaborator to synchronize the model and when
- Search: if the search result is a project file or a family, it will be possible to open the document directly in the current work session
- Chat: there is the possibility of sending a selection of one or more elements of the Autodesk® Revit® model in chat. This selection is represented in a message with a button inside. Each user who has opened the model from which the selection comes, can click on the button in the message and the elements of the message will be selected inside the model.

In Project Templates you can define the structure of folders, default template files, role and permission groups, and project management settings in the most felssible and customizable way possible in order to meet different business needs and workflows. If your company works in different areas and/or manages different types of projects remember that you can create more than one project template, one for each use case!
